 DENGAN KERJASAMA AIM ZOOM CONSULTANCY

Alhamdulillah saya telah dapat mengikuti Program Teknik Pembelajaran Pecut Menjana Fasilitasi Berkesan bermula 19 Mei 2014. Program ini Anjuran MGKK Kuantan dengan kerjasama JPN Pahang. 

Pelbagai teknik dan kaedah terkini yang telah saya pelajari dalam program ini.

Sebagai seorang kaunselor pelajar di sekolah, ilmu dan teknik terkini dalam mengendalikan program dan kaedah fasilitasi sangat penting. Ia sebagai nilai tambah bagi seorang kaunselor pelajar yang sentiasa membugarkan program kendalian seorang guru kaunselor di sekolah.

Current specialization

Ahmad Zafri is currently the Managing Director of AIM ZOOM Consultancy, a consulting firm specializing in human development, career growth and strategic planning. The firm focuses on empowering people to take charge of their lives, while using the accelerated and experiential learning tools as their learning methodology. He is the company’s lead trainer and motivational speaker.

Experience

Prior to his current position, Ahmad Zafri has vast working experiences in the telecommunication industry, market research and government agencies. Organisations he has served before are Sapura Group, Technology Park Malaysia, Malaysian Palm Oil Council and Prudential BSN Takaful.
Throughout his working life since 1998, he is an expert on Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and has conducted more than 100 motivational trainings in various government departments, where he trained government officers in enhancing their roles and responsibilities in their respective departments. As an active freelance trainer, speaker and motivator for various projects, he has regularly been invited to speak at many training courses and motivational seminars for various groups, private organizations, government sectors as several other local-based associations.
His past clients are PERKIM, Ministry Of Health, Ministry of Education, MEA Technology College and MBSA. He is also a regular trainer for the Program Integrasi module at the National Service Training Program since 2009.

Education and Personal Interest

Ahmad Zafri is a graduate from University Science of Malaysia (USM) and holds a Bachelors Degree of Science (Hons) majoring in Applied Statistics and Operational Research. He has attended the Asiaworks Basic Training, as well as being certified as a Trainer for the Program Integrasi module at the National Service Training Program (Program Latihan Khidmat Negara/PLKN). He is also a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) by NeoOne Associates Sdn Bhd.
Ahmad Zafri is a dedicated think-tank solutions provider to guide different entities moving towards the successful conclusion of their various training events and human development projects. His leadership, communication and coordinating capabilities ensure the highest possibility of success for his approach of choice.
He is enthusiastic, determinant, meticulous yet passionate. He blends learning techniques and philosophies with fun-filled experiences in all his trainings. Hence bringing his extensive hands-on experience to share with his participants, and employs various visual as well as practical and experiential tools to deliver key points effectively. His natural ability to magically produce his training events with fun, practical yet impactful, has never ceased to create high level of participations, and thus enhancing the learning effectively.

Personal Vision, Mission, Value and Interest

Ahmad Zafri is currently undertaking the Train The Creator program by NeOOne Associates, in pursuing his goal to become one of the best trainers in Malaysia. He believes that in having approximately of more than 14 years of experiences in strategic planning, market development, training activities and also his exposure of working abroad, he is confident that he can contribute positively towards the growth of individuals as well as for the companies or organizations and to better their personal goals and missions.
He lives in Shah Alam and is a dedicated husband and father of two beautiful daughters. Despite of being an active member of the neighbourhood’s community service association, he enjoys reading and travelling.
